钢丝螺套底孔尺寸选择

 钢丝螺套安装过程中，钢丝螺套底孔尺寸加工要考虑到孔径与孔深等问题。攻螺纹前的底孔直径应能使攻螺纹后的螺纹内径符合安装钢丝螺套用的螺纹内径的规定。

攻螺纹前的螺纹护套底孔直径应能使攻螺纹后的螺纹内径符合安装钢丝螺套用的螺纹内径的规定（HB5515-96 或 GJB119.3-86）

选择螺纹护套底孔钻头直径时应考虑不同材料钻孔及攻丝时可能产生产差异。

在没有标准资料的情况下也可参照下列公试计算选择钻头直径 

用表中所列标准钻头钻孔，钻孔深度大于或等于L2；注意不要将孔钻成锥形，不宜选用磨损严重的钻头，切屑不要掉入可能会引起损坏的地方贺德克滤芯。钻孔后允许去毛刺性质的锪孔，锪孔不应超过0.4P深度，因为过大的锪孔不利于钢丝螺套的旋入和引起不适应的装配。When drilling with the standard drill bitslisted in the table, the drilling depth is more than or equal to L2. Don’tdrill holes into tapered shape or choose seriously wearing drill or make scrapsfall into the place may cause the damage. Spot-facing with deburring functioncan be used after drilling hole, and its depth shouldn’t more than 0.4P,because oversized spot-facing isn’t suitable for wire thread inserts to screwin or may cause improper assembly.
